NLP stands for “Neuro Linguistic Programming” and was developed in the 1970’s by Richard Bandler and John Grinder.

NLP is also described as the user manual for your brain. NLP can help you to understand how your mind interprets your experiences; and how your values, beliefs and behaviors have developed unconsciously from the experiences that you have had since you were born.

How can NLP help you?

NLP techniques will enable you to overcome old strategies, beliefs and behaviors that don’t serve you anymore. Issues from the past, old beliefs and fears that may prevent you from moving on can be identified and resolved using NLP techniques.

The basis of NLP is that all behaviors are rooted in the unconscious mind. The unconscious mind is the part of the brain that is awake and fully functioning even when we are fast asleep. The unconscious mind stores all our memories, processes our experiences, filters everything we feel, hear, see, taste and smell, and attaches emotions to everything we do. NLP techniques will allow me to access your unconscious mind easily and make changes there.

NLP allows you to be the person you really want to be in life. NLP will open up more choices, you can learn to control how you behave, be aware of your emotional and physical states. NLP works because it allows profound changes to occur at an unconscious level.  This is true for changing unwanted feelings, emotions and behaviors that may prevent you from fulfilling your potential.
